  1. Summarize the reasons why healthcare has gone digital only over the past couple of years,
  2. Cite the two key steps by which the “productivity paradox” – the surprising lack of improvements in the first years after an industry goes digital – is resolved, and
  3. Describe at least one use of technology that illustrates “reimagining the work.”
